Your new online exchange will feature a front end marketplace and account management system for members, brokers and your exchange, in addition to a back-end trade exchange management system for exchanges and brokers to manage every aspect the exchange. Most exchanges should be ready within 24 hours.
QuickStart Checklist:
When your exchange is ready, login to your exchange and click Join. Complete the online member application to create a new account that you will use for your Master Account. Once the account application is complete and you click submit and see a welcome message, send an email to support@virtualbarter.com, to let tech support know that your account is set-up and request your account to be converted to your Admin Master Account so that you can use your login and password to access and manage your exchange. |

Your first initiative in you new exchange, after your account has been set-up and converted to an Admin account, should be to login to manage.vbarter.com. Click on Exchange to set your default fees and customize your settings. |

Next, use the Content Manager to customize your content and information about your exchange. You can customize most pages in your site including the Home page, About page, Contact page, etc. You can also customize the Trading Rules and Disclaimer. |

To enable your vBarter exchange to send statements to members by fax, saving time and money, as it is automated and cost less than postage, you will need an electronic fax account that sends email by fax, which you enter on your Exchange set-up page. Visit www.myfax.com, www.smartfax.com or www.efax.com for complete details about getting an eFax account. |

To process members fees to their credit card or checking account (ACH or EFT), you will need a gateway account and a merchant account, which we can assist you with to obtain. You can use our vBarter NMI lower fee gateway or Authorize.net to process transactions to your merchant account. |

Enable your members to not only trade online, but also at the point of sale with the Automated Broker telephone based account management and trade processing system by calling 866-398-3590, as well as swipe card transaction processing using ordinary merchant terminals.
