TradeBanc: The Global Trade Clearinghouse
TradeBanc is a network of affiliated trade exchanges and corporate barter companies throughout the world. The network empowers their respective members and clients to do their own trades anonymously, amongst one another. Although they will still rely on their own trade exchange, or corporate barter company, to process the transactions.
A huge online barter marketplace will be formed—for the first time ever. As all will have access to each other’s inventory, the products and services available to purchase or sell on trade will be staggering!
TradeBanc’s Options Numerous
Shop TradeBanc. The online trading floor where (trade exchange) members and (corporate barter company) clients post products and services they want to trade, and place orders for items they wish to purchase.
AssetAuction.net. Trades conducted through a barter auction. (The difference between Shop TradeBanc and the auction site is that the former is for merchandise which can be typically purchased in smaller quantities at any time. The AssetAuction is for one-of-kind merchandise—usually available in large quantities.)
Trade Finance. An online procurement system for corporate barter purchasing. This system automates corporate purchasing through online catalogs while allowing for the use of cash-equivalent purchase credits as partial payment.
(TradeBanc also refers to Trade Finance as asset exchange—it has two sides to it. See side story, “Trade Finance Assists Corporate Barter’s Spend-Down Efforts.”)
TradeBanc’s Visa Credit Card. A co-branded credit card that will increase trade purchases and sales for member companies, by facilitating trades between members of different exchanges and clients of corporate barter companies. (See side story, “New Dual Currency Credit Card Will Catapult Barter Industry To Unprecedented Heights!”)
BancPoints.com. TradeBanc credit card holders earn BancPoints with their purchases, which they apply towards goods and services available at the BancPoints.com. web site. (See side story, “How Does BancPoints.com work?”)
